Three photos and a few details. Your fixed installed price comes back the same day by SMS during business hours, with your terms by email.
Sending photos does not commit you to anything. Your price is worked out from them.
What happens next
- Your photos arrive with us straight away.
- We price it from your photos against the published price list, and send it to you by SMS the same day during business hours.
- If you want to go ahead, you pay a 50% supply deposit by payment link on a tax invoice, and we order your system.
- Your install date is locked in once your stock is in hand.
If you want to go ahead we will be in touch to book your install date and send the invoice. If you do not reply, we follow up a few times over a month and then leave you alone.
Taking the photos
Photo 1, your water meter and the pipe coming off it. Usually at the front boundary, in a box in the ground. Lift the lid, stand over it, get the meter and the pipe running away from it in one shot.
Photo 2, where you would like the filter to go. The wall near the meter, the side of the garage, the laundry. Stand back far enough that we can see the wall and the ground.
Photo 3, under your kitchen sink. Only if you want the drinking water filter. Open the cupboard, move the bin, one shot of the whole cupboard including the pipes at the back.
If a photo is not clear enough we will ask for one more rather than guess.
