The price is the same across metro Melbourne

$2,990 for Fresh Tap in Werribee is $2,990 for Fresh Tap in Ringwood. There is no travel charge, no zone loading and no metro surcharge, and your suburb does not change what you are quoted.

The only things that change your price are published: $150 per metre beyond the first 1.5 metres from the meter, and $350 for a pressure reducing valve if your mains pressure tests over 500 kPa on the day.

We install across regional Victoria, and most regional enquiries are for Tank Safe, because rainwater is the supply rather than the backup.

Regional jobs are quoted the same way as metro jobs, from photographs, and travel is confirmed in the number you are sent. You will not find a travel charge added later.

What we do not do

• Bore water, which is by enquiry rather than a fixed price, because it varies too much to price from a photograph
• Commercial and industrial filtration
• Water softeners, which are not a Victorian product. Melbourne's supply is soft, and the hard water pockets in the state's north are quote-only
