What is in each one
Fresh Tap
Three-stage main-line filter in 20" x 4.5" Big Blue housings, in a stainless steel weatherproof cover. Stage 1 is a 5-micron washable sediment filter, stage 2 is 1-micron polyspun sediment, stage 3 is a 1-micron coconut carbon block. Pressure gauges and isolation valves. A full set of cartridges, fitted.

Fresh Tap + Pure
Everything in Fresh Tap, plus a reverse osmosis system installed under the kitchen sink with its own tap. The whole house is filtered for taste and smell, and the tap at the sink filters much finer for drinking and cooking.
Tank Safe
Three-stage filter, sediment, sediment and carbon, plus a UV steriliser fitted after your pump. First set of cartridges and the first UV lamp, fitted.
Pure Only
A reverse osmosis system under the kitchen sink with its own tap. Nothing on the main line. Suits apartments, rentals and anyone who only wants better drinking water.
Add-ons, priced
Most jobs need none of these. They are published so that nothing is a surprise, and so that nobody has to negotiate on your driveway.

Weatherproof housing is included in every package price. It is not an add-on.
Your photos tell us if the distance applies, and it is in your quoted price before you pay anything. Pressure is the one thing a photo cannot show, so your plumber tests it on the day. If it is over 500 kPa a pressure reducing valve is required at $350, and that figure is named in your quote before you pay anything. Nothing else is added on site.
Deposit and payment
A 50% supply deposit is payable once you accept the price. On Fresh Tap that is $1,495. It is a supply deposit: your system is ordered specifically for your house, and your install date is locked in once the stock is in hand.
The balance is invoiced with your install date and is due on or before the day. Both are paid to Every Tap by payment link, on a tax invoice. The person installing your system never handles payment.
Full refund if we cancel or cannot install. If you cancel after your system is ordered, we keep only our actual out-of-pocket cost. Full terms.
After the first year
Every system is fitted with a full set of cartridges, good for twelve months. At twelve months they need replacing. Water Care is how that gets done, and it is optional with no lock-in.
